Validity Period: This voucher is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. Client must book on within this timeframe. Session must be completed within 12 months. The expiration date is clearly stated on the voucher and cannot be extended.

Non-Transferable: This voucher is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual whose name is specified on the voucher.

Non-Refundable & Non-Redeemable for Cash: This voucher cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or used as a credit towards any other services not specified on the voucher.

Booking Requirement: To redeem this voucher, the recipient must contact Hannah B Photography via email at info@hannahbphotographyuk.com to book their session or via the contact form. Booking is subject to availability.

Contract and Questionnaire: The client is required to complete and sign a photography contract and pre-session questionnaire before the booking can be confirmed.

Appointment Scheduling: All appointments must be booked in advance. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

No Partial Redemption: This voucher must be used in full for a single session or service as specified. Any unused balance will not be refunded or carried over.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers: The voucher holder is responsible for keeping the voucher safe. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.

Service Specific: This voucher can only be redeemed for the specified photography session or package and cannot be used for other products or services.

Additional Fees: If the gifter has not purchased the full gallery upgrade in addition to the session fee, additional charges may apply. A full gallery upgrade costs £199 and can be purchased through the gallery upon delivery of the images. The recipient will be notified whether the full gallery upgrade is included with their voucher or not. Travel fees at 0.45p per mile is not included and will be billable to the gift card recipient.

Voucher Presentation: The unique voucher code must be presented via email upon first contact, in order to redeem it.

Weather or Other Disruptions: In the case of weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, the photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

Legal Compliance: The use of this voucher is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
